What Are Public Classes?

YOGA TOGETHER

Our public yoga classes serve as a community, drawing together a diverse gathering of individuals all pursuing their own paths toward wellness, balance, and self-discovery. No matter your age, skill level, or background, these classes provide a welcoming and inclusive environment where you can explore the practices of yoga and meditation. They offer a journey that moves beyond the physical, into a deeper exploration of mind, body, and spirit.

Stretch and Sound: This practice is a beautiful blend of yin and therapeutic yoga. Expect some gentle transitional movements and longer held stretches to gently tap into the subtle layers of the body with sound healing woven throughout.

Gentle Yoga & Sound Bath: This gentle, therapeutic yoga class will be slow paced, with an emphasis on the breath and noticing physical sensations in the body. Pose modifications are available and can be cued based on your individual needs. All levels welcome - please join us, even if sitting or lying down is all that is available to you right now. Class will conclude with a ten minute sound healing savasana.

Donation-Based Evening Unwind: The stressors of modern life may leave us feeling the need to come back into balance by taking some time for ourselves to unwind. Join me for this 75-minute restorative yoga class, which will focus on decompressing the body through breath and gentle movement. This class will include Yoga Nidra and a soothing sound bath to encourage calming of the mind-body system. All levels welcome. Bring anything you need for added comfort, like your favorite blanket, eye pillow, and cozy socks!
