Our public yoga classes serve as a community, drawing together a diverse gathering of individuals all pursuing their own paths toward wellness, balance, and self-discovery. No matter your age, skill level, or background, these classes provide a welcoming and inclusive environment where you can explore the practices of yoga and meditation. Foundations of Yoga: Pay what you can for this weekly class designed for all experience levels! Whether you're just starting out or seeking to refine your yoga practice, this class offers a space to grow, learn, and live the teachings of yoga. Through mindful movement, breath awareness, and a focus on alignment, we’ll explore the foundational principles that create a deeper connection with your body, mind, and spirit. Sliding scale drop-in price. Memberships and class packs apply!
Midweek Reprieve: Midweek Reprieve is your chance to step away from doing and into being. Give yourself the gift of a midweek boost with gentle movements, longer-held poses, and soothing sound healing to help you reset and recharge.
Gentle Yoga & Sound Bath: This gentle, therapeutic yoga class will be slow paced, with an emphasis on the breath and noticing physical sensations in the body. Pose modifications are available and can be cued based on your individual needs. All levels welcome - please join us, even if sitting or lying down is all that is available to you right now. Class will conclude with a ten minute sound healing savasana.
